Informamos que a 47a edição da Revista de Economia Política e História Econômica, REPHE, já se encontra disponível no endereço https://rephe.net. Ela apresenta três eixos temáticos: economia internacional, história econômica do Brasil e economia política.
Sobre economia internacional, Osvaldo Coggiola apresenta um artigo sobre a conceituação histórica do Capitalismo; Talysson Bastos e Fátima Previdelli abordam a condução do Estado helênico durante o período de ocupação naziscista e o pós-guerra (1940 – 1960); Rodolfo Vieira Nunes e George Sales apresentam um paralelo entre os Estados ditatoriais brasileiro e chileno; e Heldo Siqueira Júnior analisa as políticas monetárias pelo mundo a partir do início deste século.
Sobre história econômica do Brasil contemporâneo, temos os artigos de Roberto Fernandes, sobre o programa de investimentos em ferrovias; Cesar Augustus Labre, Anderson Silva e Dionatan Carvalho sobre a agricultura familiar no Maranhão; e Laura Carneiro, Ricardo Zimbrão, Wilson França e Rodrigo Souza, sobre uma proposta de estratégia de desenvolvimento regional para a região metropolitana maranhense.
Sobre economia política, são apresentados os textos de Alexandre Lyra Martins sobre as relações entre as teorias de Adam Smith e Mandeville com a moral brasileira na contemporaneidade; e Renan Somogyi Rodrigues apresenta uma visão da trajetória de Leôncio Basbaum, quadro histórico do Partido Comunista Brasileiro, P.C.B, da perspectiva de seu pensamento econômico.
Há duas resenhas neste número. Uma, sobre o livro de Bas van Bavel, sobre o declínio das economias de mercado desde o século V, escrita por José Augusto Miranda e outra sobre o livro de Luiz Carlos Bresser-Pereira, que advoga o resgate do projeto novo-desenvolvimentista, escrita por Luciana Paes. Elas fecham o número 47 de 17 anos ininterruptos de publicações desta revista.

The 47th edition of the Journal of Political Economy and Economic History, REPHE, is now available at https://rephe.net. It presents three thematic axes: international economy, economic history of Brazil and political economy.
On international economy, Osvaldo Coggiola presents an article on the historical conceptualization of Capitalism; Talysson Bastos and Fátima Previdelli discuss the conduct of the Hellenic State during the period of Nazi occupation and the post-war period (1940 – 1960); Rodolfo Vieira Nunes and George Sales present a parallel between the Brazilian and Chilean dictatorial states; and Heldo Siqueira Júnior analyzes monetary policies around the world from the beginning of this century.
On the economic history of contemporary Brazil, we have the articles by Roberto Fernandes, on the railroad investment program; Cesar Augustus Labre, Anderson Silva and Dionatan Carvalho on family farming in Maranhão; and Laura Carneiro, Ricardo Zimbrão, Wilson França and Rodrigo Souza, on a proposal for a regional development strategy for the metropolitan region of Maranhão.
On political economy, texts by Alexandre Lyra Martins are presented on the relationship between the theories of Adam Smith and Mandeville and contemporary Brazilian morality; and Renan Somogyi Rodrigues presents a vision of the life of Leôncio Basbaum, a historical figure of the Brazilian Communist Party, P.C.B, from the perspective of his economic thinking.
There are two reviews in this issue. One, on the book by Bas van Bavel, on the decline of market economies since the 5th century, written by José Augusto Miranda and another on the book by Luiz Carlos Bresser-Pereira, which advocates the rescue of the new-developmentalist project, written by Luciana Paes. They close the 47th issue of seventeen uninterrupted years of publications of this journal.
